1.Project Associate, Pre-School Education (PSE)



Candidates with Masters' degree in Education will be given preference. Other eligible degrees are master's in social sciences/ Social work or any other relevant discipline through regular courses.
Minimum 30 months of experience in domain of education with work in early childhood education, assessment, activity-designing, module development and facilitation of workshops.

Proficiency at MS office tools


Ideate and plan new activities for Aanganwadi centres (AWC)
Implement and execute running activities for PS, coordinate with field teams to ensure activities are being done in proposed and timely manner

Conduct training programs on PSE components


2. Associate: Monitoring and Evaluation



Post-graduation in Social sciences/ Development studies/ Statistics/ Social work/ Economics or any other relevant discipline through regular courses. MPhil/ PhD will be an additional advantage.
Minimum 3 year experience in independently leading and designing studies involving quantitative &/or qualitative data. Experience with grassroots research and M&E is preferred.
Candidates with experience of working in domains of early childcare, health & nutrition, participatory development will be preferred.
Knowledge/experience of working with programmatic monitoring and evaluation processes (Theory of Change, LFA, data collection)
Proficiency in analytical skills, MS Excel, statistical software like SPSS/ R is essential. Knowledge of qualitative software like Atlas.ti/ NVIVO is desirable.
Ability to design and make effective research and M & E presentations is required.
Written and verbal communication and documentation proficiency in English essential.
Energetic, flexible, self-worker and have the ability to adapt quickly


Design monitoring & evaluation (M&E) process for tracking progress and assess results of programs.
Maintain an Integrated Monitoring Information System for interventions and research involving large data points to support continuous decision taking.
Engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders to understand the need for monitoring and research.
Conduct studies in collaboration with program and implementation teams as well as external subject experts.
Document research findings, prepare project briefs, and support in preparing effective progress updates and other reports as needed.
Work with M&E and program teams to develop data management tools with use of technology in line with needs of activities and organisational impacts.
Undertake extensive travel in rural areas and work in collaboration with communities and staff from diverse background.
Energetic, flexible, self-worker and have the ability to adapt quickly


3. Accountant



Work experience as an Accountant
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Hands-on experience with accounting software like Volac and tally or other accounting software.
Advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables.
Experience with general ledger functions
M.com or equivalent to any Accounting, Finance, or relevant degree.
Additional certification (CA inter or ICWA inter (CMA) is a plus


Manage all accounting transactions
Publish financial statements in time.
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure timely bank payments and bank reconciliation
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
Report on the Seva Mandir's financial health and liquidity
Audit financial transactions and documents.
