1.  Associate- Natural Resource Development


Eligibility


Master’s degree in Economics/Development Studies/Rural Management or Any other Field (but with excellent technical skills, which will be tested)
3-4 years Work Experience (Prior experience in public/social sector consulting, evaluation, NRM, Livelihoods or research)
Full proficiency in advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher) {Compulsory}
Experience with more advanced tools (ARGIS/Tableau/D3.js/Python/InDesign) will be a huge plus
Knowledge of at least one statistical package (R/STATA) {Preferred, but not compulsory}
Good knowledge of Hindi—We have a team from diverse backgrounds & having the ability to communicate effectively in both Hindi & English is a must{Compulsory}
Excellent English writing skills {Compulsory}


Responsibilities


Manage & monitor program budgets.
Do intensive field work—this could include living overnight in a field locations, and helping to organise, setup & implement interventions in the field.
Conducting training sessions in field areas
Contribute to program design & implementation.
Handle and/or help with program documentation, liaison with evaluation staff & help to generate actionable program insights.
Help coordinate studies & research (both, in-house & external).
Act as an intermediary between the head office, the field teams and the community.
Represent Seva Mandir at external functions & conferences, as and when required.
